British American Tobacco Samoa has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering & Utilities Team Leader in Apia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Management of the maintenance plan to ensure accurate inventory of all spares and proper replenishment of required parts to support production and critical service requirements, and ensure utilities are effectively maintained to company standards.
Oversee and manage all site projects within the project budgets, and provide support toward CAPEX planning, vendor selection and project commissioning.
Proactively work with teams drive continuous process improvement through energy saving initiatives and process optimization in production and quality teams.
Lead and coach the Engineering team to build competency aligned to company standards.
