The Position
Asco Motors is looking to recruit a highly motivated Parts Advisor Team Leader to join the operation and be responsible for the running of an efficient Parts Tyres and Battery Department. the Position reports directly to the National Parts TB Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales and operational targets.
- Conduct accurate stock checks and maintain stock control.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, including KPI reporting and data analysis.
- Inspect incoming goods and maintain quality standards.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Comply with company policies and SOPs.
- Manager customer backorders in line with SOPs.
- Deliver excellent customer service and improve customer retention.
- Maintain positive relationships with customer, suppliers, and team members.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and be a strong team player.
Position requirement
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Parts Operations.
- Flexible and willing to work outside normal working hours when required.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must hold a valid and clean driver's license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
