The Position
The Part Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided to the customer on a continual basis. This role will report to the Parts, Tyres and Battery Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to plan achieve daily targets.
Process Parts, Tyres & Batters Quotations & Invoices for External & Internal Customers.
Comply with company policy and SOP.
Improve customer services and custom retentions.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Improve customer retention and customer satisfaction rating.
Maintain good relations with customer, supplier and team members.
Good team player attitude.
Install Customer Tyres & Batteries.
Position requirement
Minimum of 2 years experience in Parts Operations.
Should have flexibility to work outside of normal working hours.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
