Toyota Tsusho (South Seas) is the trading arm of Toyota Motor Company and is represented in Samoa by Asco Motors.

Asco Motors fully supports  the Toyota, Yamaha, Daihatsu and Avis brand names. Operating from the heart of the Samoan capital Apia, Asco provides motor vehicle and marine support to key industries such as tourism, fishing and forestry as well as the general Samoan motoring public. The Company is a fully integrated supplier of automotive products which markets new Toyota vehicles, Quality used vehicles, Toyota genuine parts and full service and panel facilities. In addition, Asco Motors stocks and sells a full range of Yamaha marine products, Hankook and Bridgestone tyres as well as Asco Power batteries.

Asco Motors has a long term commitment to the people of Samoa employing local people in a variety of occupations with a fully developed training program aimed at continuously improving the skills of it’s technicians.

Quality Assured

The Company operates to the highest level of Quality Assurance and is regularly audited by Toyota Tsusho and Toyota Motor Company in order to assess compliance and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

To assist in this the Company operates the ERA Dealer and Customer Service Management System, a fully integrated computer program in all Branches, which includes vehicle sales, parts, service, accounts and administration. All Asco Motors departments have immediate access to the total stock holding whether it be parts, vehicles or service history.

Customer Satisfaction

Customer Satisfaction is a real focus for the Company and all aspects of the business are monitored and reported on a monthly basis to assess areas of strength and weakness from a customer’s perspective. Satisfaction measurement and reporting for New Vehicle Sales, Parts and Service are done to the exacting Toyota Motor Company criteria and are in line with other distributors of the brand worldwide.

The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided to the customers on a continual basis. This role will report to the Service and Panel Manager. Key Responsibilities Monthly Toyota key Performance Indicators reporting. Toyota Customer Service Excellence Award (CSEA) Program reporting and administrative tasks. Administration of Inventory levels in Service & Panel consumables and WIP reporting. Assist control of technician clocking and staff availability. Support to the Service Manager and Parts Manager for the Toyota Service management. Position requirement A minimum of three years administrative experience. Proactive approach and team player. Strong analytical and reporting background. Excellent communication skills (verbal written) in English. Era automotive system (Advantageous). Abilities to work Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
