The Position
The Part Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided to the customer on a continual basis. This role will report to the Parts, Tyres and Battery Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to plan achieve daily targets.
- Process Parts, Tyres & Batters Quotations & Invoices for External & Internal Customers.
- Comply with company policy and SOP.
- Improve customer services and custom retentions.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Improve customer retention and customer satisfaction rating.
- Maintain good relations with customer, supplier and team members.
- Good team player attitude.
- Install Customer Tyres & Batteries.
Position requirement
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Parts Operations.
- Should have flexibility to work outside of normal working hours.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Must have a clean and valid Driver's license.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent time management skills.
- Tyre & Batteries Fitting Skills.
