The Position:
The Parts Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided to
the customers on a continual basis. This role will report to the Parts, Tyres and Battery Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Ability to plan and achieve daily targets.
• Maintain profitability of all sales transaction
• Comply with company police and SOP
• Manage customs backorders according to SOP
• Improve customer services and custom retention
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Improve customer retention and customer satisfaction rating
• Maintain good relations with customers, supplier and team members
• Good team player attitude.
Position Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Parts Operation;
• Should have flexibility to work outside of normal working hours;
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Must have a clean and valid Driver’s license;
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent time management skills.
