Warehouse Supervisor

LOCATION: Moamoa 
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager (Asian Taste Co. Ltd)

CORE PURPOSE

Supervise Warehouse Operations effectively and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Record Stock in & Stock Out data accurately.
• Update the Stock Movement data to System.
• Warehouse Space Optimization.
• Perform periodical stock counts.
• Labor Management.

SKILLS & QUALITIES 

• Honest, Reliable and trust worthy.
• Good Communication skill in both English and Samoa.
• Ability to work under pressure without guidance.
• Punctual and professional.
• Willingness to learn and take new responsibilities/challenges.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong counts and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
• Fast and accurate data entry skills to log stock movements into the system efficiently.

QUALIFICATON REQUIERED 

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Minimum qualification; Completion of Year 12/13 College Leaving or an equivalent tertiary certificate/diploma in Business, Office Management, Computing, or Logistics.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience in warehouse operations, stock inventory management, or a data-entry administrative role.
• Experience using specialized warehouse database systems or stock management software will be an added advantage.
• Practical knowledge of basic occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures for a warehouse environment.

 SALARY 

Minimum Salary would be $20,000 per annum can be further negotiate depend on the Experience and Qualifications.
