Sales Representative

Report To: ACEO-IT & Electronics 

JOB PURPOSE 

The Sales Representative is responsible for maximization of sales for SSAB products. The Sales Representative will help in the turnover of sales and provide changes required in SSAB products to meet customer standards and needs. Conduct market research on consumer preference to increase and achieve sales targets. Have great passion for sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Serve customers on daily basis (phone/email/face to face).
2. Must have extensive knowledge of products offered at SSAB.
3. Conduct weekly visits and submit weekly Sales reports to Team Manager.
4. Build and maintain positive work relationships with clients.
5. Effectively communicate with customers to identify requested products.
6. Collect, analyze and interpret Sales records for decision making purposes.
7. Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and target market for SSAB products.
8. Any other duties as may be required from time to time by the CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS, REQURIED SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTIC

1. Minimum Diploma majoring in Business, Management of IT from a recognized University.
2. At least two (2) years work experience in product sales.
3. An excellent interpersonal skill is essential.
4. Must have excellent computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office programs, and email at a highly proficient level.
5. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is a must.
6. Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
7. Must be able to liaise well with others.
8. Must be confident and have a good head for business.
9. Must be able to meet deadline and cope with the consequent pressure.
10. Must be very honest and loyal to SSAB.
11. Must have passion for sales.
12. Must be tech savy, loves new technology and proficient in the use of social media.

SALARY

Depending on experience and qualifications.
