Our services include unsecured loans, motor vehicle loans, and term deposits.
We are seeking a Collections & Enforcement Officer to support our customers in managing their overdue accounts through respectful negotiation and tailored payment arrangements. This role plays a key part in helping individuals stay on track with their financial commitments while upholding excellent service standards. Based in Apia, the position reports to the Head of Operations.
Key Outcomes:
· Manage a portfolio of overdue consumer and or commercial accounts.
· Skip-trace debtors who have moved or are avoiding contact.
· Identify and assess customer accounts for debt assistance.
· Assess debtors’ financial circumstances and offer suitable arrangements, including hardship assistance where required.
· Prepare and lodge legal documents in court (e.g., Statement of Claim, Summons, Statutory Demand, Default Judgment applications, Warrant of Execution, Garnishee Orders, Attachment of Earnings, etc.)
Requirements:

· Must have proven experience preferably 3 years+ in preparing and lodging court documents (Local/District Court claims). · At least 3 years experience in debt collections or credit management. · Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills · Excellent command of written and spoken Samoan and English. · Be able to work Saturdays, if required. · Excellent administration skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. · Valid full Drivers license · High level of honesty and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information.
