Serendi Coco Samoa Ltd is a local company engaged in the production of Organic and Fair Trade certified Refined Coconut Oil for the US market.

We are looking for three (3) dedicated Field Officers to monitor and ensure compliance with our Organic, Regenerative Organic, and Fair-Trade programs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging and registering farmers in the Organic and Fair-Trade programs.
• Conducting group training and site visits to ensure farms and operations align with Organic and Fair-Trade standards.
• Monitoring allocated farms and dryers for compliance.
• Assisting members in improving agricultural production in a sustainable manner.
• Providing written weekly plans and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Completion of UPY at NUS or an equivalent level of education.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills in both Samoan and English (written and spoken).
• Strong data entry, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Salary & Training

• Salary: SAT $13,178 – SAT $15,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Training: On-the-job training will be provided, including instruction on how to operate a motorcycle for field visits.
