We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and passionate individual for the role of PRODUCTION LEAD . This role is responsible for highlighting and delivering Factory/Operations improvement activities enabling a more satisfying customer experience through efficient utilisation of resources. The role needs to work closely with many Local and Regional stakeholders in the business. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the role will require the following key accountabilities and qualifications:

Create and Lead execution of improving results, in environment where continuous improvement and constructive challenges are valued at all levels within the organization.
