ABOUT THE ROLE
Bluebird Lumber & Hardware Co. Ltd is seeking two capable and commercially driven Procurement Specialists to take full ownership of assigned procurement portfolios. This is a leadership role-not a transactional purchasing postion.
You will be accountable for end-to-end portfolio performance, including:
Supplier sourcing, negotiation, and performance management.
Cost control and delivery of measurable savings.
Procurement planning aligned to budgets and forecasts.
Purchase Order accuracy and compliance.
System and master-data integrity (pricing, SKUs, suppliers)
Risk management and supply continuity.
Cross-functional collaboration with Inventory, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Sales.
Performance is measured against defined KPIs, including cost saving supplier compliance, planning accuracy, and data integrity.
