About the Role We’re seeking a Systems Administrator to support enterprise IT operations across a geographically distributed environment in the Pacific region. This role is based in American Samoa and includes remote support responsibilities for multiple locations.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining reliable, secure, and uninterrupted IT services, supporting users, and troubleshooting technical issues across a range of systems.
What You’ll Do
Provide Tier I–III technical support across enterprise systems and networks
Install, maintain, repair, and configure computers and mobile devices
Support end users with day-to-day IT needs
Troubleshoot and resolve service tickets via desk-side and remote support
Document incidents and resolutions using tools such as Remedy and SharePoint
Provide occasional weekend support as needed
