About the Role
We’re seeking a Systems Administrator to support enterprise IT operations across a geographically distributed environment in the Pacific region. This role is based in American Samoa and includes remote support responsibilities for multiple locations.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining reliable, secure, and uninterrupted IT services, supporting users, and troubleshooting technical issues across a range of systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Tier I–III technical support across enterprise systems and networks
  • Install, maintain, repair, and configure computers and mobile devices
  • Support end users with day-to-day IT needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service tickets via desk-side and remote support
  • Document incidents and resolutions using tools such as Remedy and SharePoint
  • Provide occasional weekend support as needed

What You Bring (Required)

  • 5–7 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
  • Strong experience with:
    • Active Directory
    • OS deployment tools (SCCM, Altiris, etc.)
    • Advanced troubleshooting in a service desk environment
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
    • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, DNS)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Active CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant)
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or government IT environments
  • Familiarity with tiered IT support models
