Bluebird Lumber & Hardware Ltd is seeking skilled and reliable Dispatch Officers to join our Distribution Centre team. This is a hands-on role supporting our warehouses and retail branches by ensuring stock is prepared, and dispatched accurately and on time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Prepare and process stock for dispatch to branches and customers.
Create and manage transfers in our inventory system.
Ensure system stock matches physical stock released.
Support barcode checks and product identification.
Work closely with Dispatch Controller, Inventory, Yard & Warehouse teams.
Assist with loading coordination and dispatch floor operations.
Maintain accuracy, safety, and dispatch discipline.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in dispatch, warehouse, inventory, or logistics.
Comfortable using computers/inventory systems.
Good product understanding or fast learner....
