The Role
The Administration and Procurement Coordinator has key responsibilities in providing support and comprehensive range of administrative services to the Samoa Country Office staff and clients of the Pacific Australia Skills including but not limited to, administration support services, sourcing and procurement, records management and in collaboration with finance, ensuring compliance with Pacific Australia Skills policies and work instructions.

Selection Criteria
Essential Experience and Knowledge
Degree level qualification in related field with demonstrated work experience preferably in student administration services, general administration or customer services.
Previous extensive experience in student administration, procurement and office operations in TVET setting.
Demonstrated proficiency in administrative skills and ability to adapt established practices to achieve objectives in a busy and complex work environment.
Ability to work with colleagues to enhance teams’ strengths and encourage high performance.
Well-developed interpersonal communication skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships.
Ability to respond positively and adapt to a changing environment to maintain effective performance.
