2 DISPATCH OFFICERS (DISTRIBUTION CENTRE)

Bluebird Lumber & Hardware Ltd is seeking skilled and reliable Dispatch Officers to join our Distribution Centre team. This is a hands-on role supporting our warehouses and retail branches by ensuring stock is prepared, and dispatched accurately and on time.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Prepare and process stock for dispatch to branches and customers.
• Create and manage transfers in our inventory system.
• Ensure system stock matches physical stock released.
• Support barcode checks and product identification.
• Work closely with Dispatch Controller, Inventory, Yard & Warehouse teams.
• Assist with loading coordination and dispatch floor operations.
• Maintain accuracy, safety, and dispatch discipline.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in dispatch, warehouse, inventory, or logistics.
• Comfortable using computers/inventory systems.
• Good product understanding or fast learner.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, honest, and hardworking.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
