Sales & Client Relationship Officer

SkyEye is looking for a can-do dynamic team player who is people oriented, and passionate about helping clients utilize Skyeye products and services particularly vehicle tracking for cost saving.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage assigned existing client portfolios and deliverables.
• Actively market, seek out and mange the onboarding of new clients for Skyeye for Vehicle Tracking, MauaPOS and MauaHIVE.
• Prepare and make presentations for the company to the clients and stakeholders.
• Schedule and Manage customer installation dates and trainings.
• Collate and analyze clients feedback to measure quality control.
• Maintain good rapport with clients through follow-ups and responding to their queries.
• Work with client designated vehicle tracking technician to ensure top quality service delivery as per contract agreement and manage the changing fleet requirements of clients.
• Work with Corporate Service to resolve account issues, payment grievances, technical issues, conflict resolution.
• Prepare and give weekly reports to Management on the client-metrics.
• Other SkyEye project duties as assigned and agreed from time to time with Skyeye Management.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in the fields of Business, Marketing, Communications, Media or similar.
• At least 3years Sales or Marketing experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English and Samoan.
• Proficiency in computer software-Microsoft Office etc.
• Knowledgeable about or possess the capacity to learn about ICT, telematics technology.
• Graphic design and media experience and advantage.
• Ability to work unsupervised, highly organized, motivated, resourceful and respectful.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and a clean police record.

Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.
