The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided to the customers on a continual basis. This role will report to the Service and Panel Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly Toyota key Performance Indicators reporting.
Toyota Customer Service Excellence Award (CSEA) Program reporting and administrative tasks.
Administration of Inventory levels in Service & Panel consumables and WIP reporting.
Assist control of technician clocking and staff availability.
Support to the Service Manager and Parts Manager for the Toyota Service management.
Position requirement
A minimum of three years administrative experience.
Proactive approach and team player.
Strong analytical and reporting background.
Excellent communication skills (verbal written) in English.
Era automotive system (Advantageous).
Abilities to work Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
