Lui and Chang was set up in 2017 by Muriel Lui and Mauga Precious Chang, after having served a combined total of over 20 years as admitted lawyers of the Samoan bar and as Government lawyers in the Attorney General’s office.
With combined experience in Criminal and Civil law, this partnership was developed to provide private legal assistance to the people of Samoa in need of representation in all areas of law including Criminal law, Civil, contracts and Commercial law, International and Offshore matters, Legal drafting, Land and Property Law, Wills and Estates, Adoption and various other areas of law
Both Lui and Chang are litigation court lawyers and so possess valuable practical knowledge in the practice of law. Given also both partners experience within the Government of Samoa they have advanced knowledge of the Government, its systems, processes and procedure.
