Job tasks and responsibilities include
Competent in using Excel, Word, Outlook and XERO
Full accounts functions payable/receivable
Preparation for BAS and insurances
Manage all daily online banking duties and reconciliations
Reconciling bank statements
Payroll & Superannuation
Running monthly reports, balancing & reconciliations.
Actioning & filing emails
Motor Vehicle management for offshore staff
Asset register management
Data entry & Basic Admin
Skills and experience
The successful applicant will have the following:
Ideally similar role with Bookkeeping/Accounting qualifications
Experience of XERO Accounting software
Strong Communication Skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
Energetic and a strong work ethic with a 'can-do' approach.
