Primary Objective
Manages Laboratory to implement and maintain standards in the laboratory and in operations by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining high quality standards and procedures for laboratory operation.
Assist in the development of methods of laboratory experimentation.
Conduct tests on soils, aggregates, rocks and bitumen, the results and reports written, carries out quality control on testing and submits daily reports to the Contract Engineer.
Provide effective allocation of resources to ensure effective operation of the laboratory including determination of equipment purchase priorities based on budget allowances, condition of existing equipment, and scheduled laboratory activities....
