Reporting to the Operations Manager Fiji the key accountabilities include :
Lead the Operations team by ensuring that all manufacturing systems and procedures are consistent with world class performance and best practice to achieve target KPI’s, whilst achieving superior product quality that meets international and BAT Global standards.
Champion effective Supply Chain planning cycle that ensures seamless integration with the business objectives Company Planning process, supporting the business commercial agenda.
Manage overview of both manufacturing and scheduling processes which includes materials requirement planning and the effective conversion of sales forecasts into production schedules that ensure continuity of supply to the market
