We are now looking for a suitably qualified candidate for the position of Senior Legal Officer to be based in our Apia Office . The Senior Legal Officer is responsible for debt recovery litigation, representing Kontiki Finance Limited in the Samoan Civil Court. This will require the appointee to liaise with internal debt recovery departments, and external statutory bodies, court registries and private business on behalf of Kontiki Finance Limited. This position reports to the Head of Legal.
