Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and dynamic Assistant Accountant to join our Finance Team based at Tradepac Samoa Marketing Limited , Apia, Samoa . Tradepac Samoa Marketing Limited is an established FMCG distributor of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and part of CJ Patel Group of Companies in Fiji. Reporting to the Accountant, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of a fast-paced FMCG Sales and Distribution business while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.
Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
Support month-end closing and reporting processes.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and customer accounts.
