Role Overview
- The Project Engineer will be responsible for the engineering coordination, design oversight, and execution of BBL's construction-related projects, including structural steel framing, manufacturing coordination, and concrete floor polish works.
- You will work closely with internal teams, external contractors, and supplies to ensure projects are delivered safely, accurately, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseas the engineering and project management of all BBL building and infrastructure projects.
- Review, interpret, and apply structural and architectural drawings.
- Prepare and work with CAD drawings (design coordination, adjustments, and verification)
- Manage structural steel farming design, detailing, and manufacturing coordination.
- Coordinate steel fabrication, installation, and quality control.
- Manage concrete floor polishing projects, including planning, sequencing, and contractor oversight.
- Ensure all works comply with engineering standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal manufacturing teams.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, progress on site.
- Identify and resolve construction and engineering issues they arise
What we're looking for
- A well-rounded Project Engineer with strong constructions and engineering experience.
- Solid understanding of structural engineering and construction methods.
- Confident working with CAD software and technical drawings.
- Experience with structural steel farming (design, fabrication, or installation)
- Experience managing or overseeing construction or concrete works.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear communication who works well with site teams and management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or Mechanical preferred).
- Minimum 5-10 years relevant experience in construction, engineering, or project deliver.
- Proven experience in project management and site coordination.
- CAD experience.
- Experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.

Salary: SAT $80,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience & qualifcation.
