Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

We are seeking a Collections Officer to support our customers in managing their overdue accounts through respectful negotiation and tailored payment arrangements. This role plays a key part in helping individuals stay on track with their financial commitments while upholding excellent service standards.
Based in Apia, the position reports directly to the Executive Director, Samoa.


KEY OUTCOMES:
• Manages customer enquiries efficiently and effectively.
• Manage outstanding debt accounts within timeframes.
• Identify and assess customer accounts for debt assistance.
• Manage customer accounts through finance software and programs.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent command of written and spoken Samoan and English.
• Previous experience in a similar role an advantage.
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, including Saturday, if required.
• Excellent administration skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of honesty and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information.


REQUIREMENTS:
• Fully paid two-week training in Fiji to set you up for success.
