Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required
The New Vehicle Sales (NVS) Rep will be responsible for ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided to the customer on a continual basis. This role will report to the New Vehicle Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Recognize process and follow-up suitable sales prospect in accordance with TTSPH SOP.
- Ensure pre-delivery NV/Yamaha preparation and any requirements.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities using proactive methods.
- Respond promptly to all custom enquires, communications and requests.
- Review orders taken and sales completed on daily basis.
Position requirement
- A tertiary level qualification in similar field.
- Should have flexibility to work outside of normal working hours.
- Experience in sales and customer service role would be an added advantage.
- Must have a clean and valid Driver's license.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
