BAT Samoa is seeking to recruit self-driven, committed, and agile individuals for the role of Trade Marketing Representatives (Fixed Term Contractor) for our Upolu offices.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the key accountabilities include:

• Sales and distribution targets in accordance with the operation plan as directed by the Sales Manager..
• Ensure daily call plans are developed and followed to provide coverage of the areas maximizing your objective.
• Ensure data accuracy of calls and sales are captured as per Sales and Marketing policies and procedures.
• Follow set journey schedules for sales and distribution and be developing,
  implementing, and evaluating trade.
• Manage customer relationships and identifying business opportunities in the retail universe.

Qualifications and Essential Attributes:

• To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing related role and a Degree in Marketing or related discipline will be added advantage.
• You must have a demonstrated ability to achieve results and meet targets with an ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
• You must have fluent written and verbal communications in both Samoan and English.
• You must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license.
