We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk at RKI Instruments, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our computer systems and maintaining the integrity of our company's databases. Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter data into the company's computer systems

- Update and maintain various databases

- Ensure the integrity of data by conducting routine checks and audits

- Keep all sensitive and confidential information secure at all times

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency

- Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed

- Troubleshoot and resolve any data entry issues or discrepancies

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records

- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

- Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Quick learner and adaptable to new systems and processes

- Understanding of data confidentiality principles
