Position: Admin and Cashier
Location: Nuu, Samoa

Roles and Responsibilities:

Admin Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting customers in person and over the phone.
  • Efficiently schedule appointments for tire repair, car washes, and other services to minimize wait times.
  • Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure that essential supplies are always available.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, services rendered, and payments received.
  • Generate invoices and process payments with transparency and accuracy.
  • Uphold high standards of safety and hygiene within the shop and waiting area.

 

Cashier Role:

  • Collect payments from customers for various services, maintaining accuracy and professionalism at all times.
  • Operate POS, record transactions, and provide change accurately.
  • Issue receipts for customer payments and handle any billing inquiries or concerns.
  • Suggest additional services and products that align with customer needs, contributing to increased sales.
  • Participate in maintaining a neat and organized cashier area while ensuring the security of the POS.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns effectively.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Prior experience in customer service, cashiering, or administrative roles is a plus.
