About the person
First and foremost, you need to be self-driven, a true hunter and have the drive to succeed. Freight forwarding experience and knowledge is a must along with a strong disciplined work ethic with the
resilience to work in a competitive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and develop existing business functions
- Market company functions
- Maintain existing business relationships
- Assist with development strategies
- Market research & analysis
- Manage customer experience
- Meeting sales & profit targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Sales role
- Good written & oral skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, & communication skills
- Self-motivated with a result driven approach
- Experience in the freight industry
- Tertiary qualifications will be an advantage
