Protcullis (Samoa) Ltd is a member of the Portcullis Group of companies which has offices worldwide providing specialist trustee, fund administration and corporate services to an international clientele.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to fill the position of CORPORATE SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR. This position has a variety of office administration and accounts tasks that would suit a person with previous experience and a background in accounts payable and receivable.

The successful applicant must have:

  • At least 2 years' experience working in an office or other similar administrative environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • The ability to work under pressure and deal with competing priorities.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
  • Must have a current driver's license.
