Portcullis (Samoa) Ltd is a member of the Portcullis Group of companies which has offices worldwide providing specialist trustee, fund administration and corporate services to an international clientele.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to fill the position of OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR.  This position has a variety of office administration and accounts tasks that would suit a person with administration experience and a background in accounts payable and receivable.

The successful applicant must have:

  • Experience working in an office administrative environment.
  • Strong communicate in English.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Good IT skills as a general user.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
  • Must hold a current driver's license.
