Accounts and Bookkeeper position available

Full time

Job tasks and responsibilities include

  • Competent in using Excel, Word, Outlook and XERO
  • Full accounts functions payable/receivable
  • Preparation for BAS and insurances
  • Manage all daily online banking duties and reconciliations
  • Reconciling bank statements 
  • Payroll & Superannuation 
  • Running monthly reports, balancing & reconciliations.
  • Actioning & filing emails 
  • Motor Vehicle management for offshore staff
  • Asset register management
  • Data entry & Basic Admin

Skills and experience

The successful applicant will have the following:

  • Ideally similar role with Bookkeeping/Accounting qualifications
  • Experience of XERO Accounting software 
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Energetic and a strong work ethic with a 'can-do' approach.
  • High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal English language skills.
