Position: ADMINISTRATION CLERK

We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to join our

team at the Poultry (Chicken) Farm at Tanumapua as an Administration Clerk.

Tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • onducting fortnightly stock takes of the poultry farm resources and assets
  • Keep updated records and files ol the poultry farm
  • Daily reporting of production
  • Maintaining batch records for the chicken sheds
  • Supervising delivery and maintain delivery records for product recall
  • Daily product stocktake and reconciliation
  • Maintaining HACCP documents 

Successful candidates should have the following:

  • 2+ yeas of proven Administration work experience from a strong commercial back-ground
  • Accounting background required
  • Must be able to work unsupervised and build to plan
  • Physically tit, honest and reliable
