We have a permanent opportunity for an energetic Vehicle / Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for both greeting and helping customers coming in to pick up or drop off rental cars, and for ensuring our customers have a sparkling clean and safe car to enjoy their Samoan self-drive experience. You’ll find your time divided between helping customers coming in to pick up or drop off rental cars, and cleaning/servicing the vehicles - a great mix of engaging with people and focusing on getting the details just right.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a full Samoan driver’s license
• Customers’ needs always come first

• You can work well under pressure and adapt to best suit the situation
• You have a sense of fun and enjoy working in a team environment
